Our HR teams support initiatives and programs including, customer support, business operations, data and analytics, technology systems, recruitment and onboarding services, workforce mobility, emergency workforce, and people and program support.

Human Capital Associate Job Description
We are looking to hire an HR Assistant with outstanding written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. An HR coordinator is expected to have great organizational and time management skills. You will need to have excellent management and technical skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
• Assist with all inquiries or requests related to internal and external human resources.
• Maintain print and digital copies of employee records.
• Performing directives and updating records of new employees.
• Assisting in the issuance of employment contracts.
• Coordination with the head office in matters relating to human resources.
• Take care of business and employee needs.
• Schedule meetings, interviews and HR events and maintain agendas.
• Performing directives and updating records of new employees.
• Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
• Assist with payroll and assigned HR projects.
• Support other assigned functions.
• Keeping abreast of the latest HR trends and best practices.
• Assist with HR programs and indicators as required.

requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related (essential).
• 2-3 years of experience as an HR Specialist, Coordinator or / HR Administrative Assistant / HR Executive Assistant in well known companies (essential).
• Great skills in public relations.
• Exposure to labor law and employment equity regulations.
• Effective human resource management and people management skills.
• Exposure to payroll practices.
• Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
• Highly computer literate with ability to email, tracking system, reporting, analytics, Google Apps, use of Creative Google Slides, MS Office and related business and communications tools.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Meticulous, attentive to details.
