Manama, Dec. 26 (BNA): His Majesty’s Deputy, His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, met today the President of the Bahrain Society of Engineers, Dr. Raeda Al Alawi, and the Board of Directors. The fiftieth anniversary of the founding of the association in Gudaibiya Palace.
His Royal Highness highlighted His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa’s unwavering support for the Kingdom’s skilled workforce, noting their importance as part of Team Bahrain in promoting the Kingdom’s growth and development.
His Highness the Viceroy congratulated the Chairman and members of the Board of Directors on the fiftieth anniversary of their founding, noting the role of the Bahrain Society of Engineers in enhancing the skills and capabilities of Bahraini engineers and encouraging them to practice their jobs in the field of engineering through its various initiatives. His Highness wished all members of the Bahrain Society of Engineers continued success in their future endeavours.
For her part, the President of the Bahrain Society of Engineers expressed her gratitude for the opportunity to meet His Royal Highness and also expressed her appreciation to His Royal Highness the Deputy King for the support of Bahraini professionals and the impact on the large-scale development in the Kingdom.
The meeting was also attended by His Excellency Sheikh Khalid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, Deputy Prime Minister, and His Excellency Sheikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, Minister of Finance and National Economy.
