HRH the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and Prime Minister receives the Special Secretary for Strategic Affairs of the Presidency of the Federative Republic of Brazil


Manama, May 29 (BNA) His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and Prime Minister, received today the Special Secretary for Strategic Affairs at the Presidency of the Federal Republic of Brazil, Admiral Flavio Augusto. His Highness pointed to the steady growth of relations between the Kingdom of Bahrain and Brazil, which continue to enjoy the support of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the Supreme Commander, and the President of the Federal Republic of Brazil, His Excellency Gayer. Bolsonaro.


Admiral Rocha conveyed the greetings of His Excellency President Bolsonaro to His Majesty the King and His Royal Highness. His Highness praised President Bolsonaro’s commitment to strengthening cooperation with the Kingdom of Bahrain for the benefit of both countries.


His Highness indicated that relations between Bahrain and Brazil have been strengthened over the years through agreements, memoranda of understanding and diplomatic visits. In this regard, His Royal Highness stressed the importance of strengthening relations across vital sectors to serve common interests.


The latest regional and international developments and issues of common interest were also discussed.


For his part, Admiral Rocha expressed his gratitude for the opportunity to meet His Royal Highness, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and Prime Minister, noting His Highness’ commitment to developing bilateral relations between Bahrain and Brazil.
