Manama, Dec. 27 (BNA): His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, received at Riffa Palace today the newly appointed Ambassador of Nepal to the Kingdom of Bahrain, Tirtha Raj Wagel.
His Highness the Crown Prince and Prime Minister highlighted the steady growth of Bahraini-Nepalese relations, stressing the importance of strengthening coordination and cooperation to promote common interests.
His Highness welcomed the appointment of the ambassador to the Kingdom, wishing him success in his diplomatic missions.
During the meeting, they discussed issues of common interest and regional and global developments.
For his part, His Excellency Wagel expressed his appreciation for the commitment of His Royal Highness to support cooperation between the two countries, and wished the Kingdom further progress and prosperity.
The meeting was also attended by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa.
