Manama, February 14 (BNA) His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, met today with the Speaker of the House of Representatives of the Arab Republic of Egypt, Dr. Hanafi Ali Al-Jabali. And the accompanying delegation at Al-Qudaibiya Palace.
His Highness affirmed that the strategic relations continue to flourish between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Arab Republic of Egypt, through the mutual commitment and support of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, and Egyptian President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi. .
His Highness referred to the comprehensive development of Egypt under the leadership of His Excellency Al-Sisi.
His Highness welcomed the visit of HE Dr. Al-Jabali and the accompanying delegation to the Kingdom of Bahrain, expressing his wishes that the visit would enhance cooperation and coordination in the relevant governmental fields.
They also discussed regional and international issues of common interest.
For his part, His Excellency Dr. Al-Jabali expressed his gratitude for the opportunity to meet His Royal Highness, and highlighted the commitment of His Highness the Crown Prince and the Prime Minister to strengthening relations between Bahrain and Egypt in all governmental and other sectors.
The meeting was also attended by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Mubarak Al Khalifa, Deputy Prime Minister and Speaker of Parliament, His Excellency Fawzia bint Abdullah Zainal, and His Excellency the Minister of Shura Council Affairs and Parliament Ghanem bin Fadel Al Buainain.
