HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister meets with the Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland

London, May 6 (BNA): His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, met today the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Commonwealth and Development of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. While accompanying His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa to the United Kingdom, on the occasion of the coronation of His Majesty King Charles III of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and Head of the Commonwealth.

His Highness expressed his gratitude and appreciation for the warm reception and hospitality during the reception and coronation ceremony.

His Highness affirmed that the Kingdom of Bahrain, under the leadership of His Majesty the King, is committed to strengthening bilateral cooperation that promotes development across multiple sectors, for the benefit of both countries and their peoples.

His Highness the Crown Prince and Prime Minister highlighted the long relationship between the United Kingdom and Bahrain, noting the importance of continuing to strengthen the partnership aimed at achieving common goals.

During the meeting, they discussed regional and global developments of common interest.
