Manama, July 17 (BNA) His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, met today with the President of the Court of Cassation and Vice President of the Supreme Judicial Council, His Excellency Counselor Abdullah bin Hassan Al Khalifa. His Highness the Crown Prince and Prime Minister highlighted the important role played by the judiciary in the comprehensive development of the Kingdom under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, which is based on the principles of fairness and independence of the judiciary.
His Highness congratulated Chancellor Al Buainain on his appointment as President of the Court of Cassation, wishing him success in his duties.
His Highness the Crown Prince and the Prime Minister expressed his gratitude to those working in the judiciary for their commitment and professionalism in performing their responsibilities in serving the Kingdom.
His Highness praised the constructive relationship between the three parties, which contributed to the achievement of a number of national achievements, and stressed the importance of strengthening cooperation to achieve the comprehensive development goals of the Kingdom under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.
