HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister meets with the 24th intake of the CPISP

Manama, May 30 (BNA): His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, met today with the 24th batch of the Crown Prince International Scholarship Program (CPISP) ​​at Riffa Palace.

His Royal Highness highlighted Bahrain’s continued commitment to the advancement of education and knowledge, which will further assist in achieving comprehensive development in the Kingdom, under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.

His Royal Highness highlighted the Kingdom’s responsibility in providing opportunities for Bahraini youth to increase their knowledge and refine their skills. His Highness the Crown Prince and Prime Minister also indicated the importance of developing the education sector as part of a broader strategy to achieve national progress.

His Highness the Crown Prince and Prime Minister congratulated the students on their admission to the programme, wishing them success in their future studies.

His Highness the Crown Prince and Prime Minister praised the achievements of the institute’s staff, and praised the educational institutions for their role in supporting the participating students.

His Royal Highness affirmed that the CPISP program provides students with an opportunity to achieve their ambitions, pointing to the program’s commitment to excellence since its inception.

Students of the 24th batch of the program expressed their gratitude and appreciation to His Royal Highness for his pledge to empower Bahraini youth.

Upon directives from His Royal Highnesses the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, the program announced that the program would include ten additional recipients.

Recipients will be selected from a pool of male and female students in public or private schools, with a score of 90% or higher.

The meeting was also attended by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa and a number of senior officials.
