HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister issues Edict (34) of 2023

Manama, Apr. 11 (BNA): His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, today issued Resolution No. (34) of 2023 to reconstitute the Guardianship Council for Minor Funds and the like. Based on the nomination of the Minister of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments and after the approval of the Council of Ministers.

According to the decree, the Council of Guardianship over the Funds of Minors and their Equivalents is chaired by the Minister of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments, and consists of the following members:

1- Reda Abdullah Faraj

2- Jassim Ahmed Al-Mahza

3- Abdul Jalil Ali Ahmed Al-Hayiki

4- Dr. Malallah Jaafar Al-Hammadi

5- Faisal Abdulaziz Al-Dosari

6- Dr. Raed Ibrahim Al-Jowder

7- Nusaiba Ahmed Al-Madani

8- Muhammad Abd al-Khaleq al-Dalawer

Members serve for two renewable years.

The Minister of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments shall implement the provisions of this decree, and it shall come into effect immediately upon its issuance and shall be published in the Official Gazette.
