Manama, June 19 (BNA) His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister today issued Resolution (30) of 2022 issuing a guide to regulating partnership between the public and private sectors.
Article (1):
The provisions of the Public-Private Partnership Regulations Manual accompanying this Resolution shall be enforced.
Article 2)
A- The Minister of Finance and National Economy shall issue the decrees, instructions and instructions necessary to implement the provisions of this resolution, including the technical and financial provisions and procedures that the administrative authorities must take into account when designing partnership projects or implementing them through partnerships.
b- The Ministry of Finance and National Economy is responsible for verifying the extent of compliance with the provisions of the manual accompanying this decree and the decrees, instructions and instructions issued later in accordance with its provisions.
Article (3)
The Minister of Finance and National Economy and each within his jurisdiction – each within his jurisdiction – shall implement the provisions of this resolution, and it shall come into effect upon its publication in the Official Gazette.
