His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, sent a cable of congratulations to the President of Djibouti, Ismail Omar Guelleh, on the occasion of his country’s independence day.
His Highness also sent a similar telegram to Abdelkader Kamel Mohamed, Prime Minister of Djibouti.
