Manama, June 6 (BNA): Hala Al-Ansari, Secretary General of the Supreme Council for Women, handed the Prince Salman bin Hamad Medical Appreciation Medal to the staff of the Council’s General Secretariat.
Al-Ansari conveyed the congratulations of Her Royal Highness Princess Sabeeka bint Ibrahim Al Khalifa, wife of His Majesty the King and President of the Supreme Council for Women.
The Secretary-General praised the efforts of the employees that earned them the Distinguished Medal, noting that the medal symbolizes Bahrain’s courage and dedication in critical health conditions and its successful recovery under the slogan (Team Bahrain).
Al-Ansari affirmed that Bahrain’s achievements and success came as a result of the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, and the follow-up of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, with the aim of advancing the Kingdom in various sectors.
She also highlighted the exceptional work during the pandemic in many initiatives and programmes, such as the “Together for the Safety of Bahrain” campaign supported by Her Royal Highness Princess Sabeeka to support Bahraini women and families.
The employees expressed their appreciation for receiving the honorary medal for their national efforts.
