Manama, June 6 (BNA): The Anti-Cybercrime Directorate of the General Directorate of Anti-Corruption and Economic and Electronic Security has warned of fake websites on social media that sell concert tickets to obtain bank details and money from their victims.
Citizens and residents were urged not to respond to these websites and to use the official channels for electronic purchase. Employee and bank details should not be disclosed through phone calls or any other means. Fraud cases can be reported through the hotline 992.
