HRH Crown Prince and Prime Minister’s directives to enhance services praised

Manama, June 20 (BNA) A ceremony was held today at the Mina Salman Center of the Labor Market Regulatory Authority, which has been awarded the gold classification within the evaluation classification.

The event was attended by Jamal Abdul-Aziz Al-Alawi, CEO of the Labor Market Regulatory Authority, head of the Information and e-Government Authority, head of the evaluation committee, Muhammad Ali Al-Qaed.

Al Alawi praised the directives of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, to government agencies to enhance services and achieve the highest quality standards.

He stressed the commitment of the Labor Market Regulatory Authority to enhance the effectiveness of the services provided and facilitate procedures for the public in line with the strategic priorities in the government’s program.

He stressed the authority’s keenness to provide innovative initiatives that contribute to achieving customer satisfaction through all services, in addition to developing the skills and capabilities of work teams to perform the tasks and work duties assigned to them to ensure excellence in service.
In his speech at the ceremony, the Commander expressed his sincere wishes to the Port Salman Center and its employees for success and to continue the development process to maintain this honorable classification.

He stressed the importance and impact of the self-evaluation process, the continuous adoption of the committee’s observations and standards, and the innovative provision of government services to achieve advanced ratings.

His Excellency praised the Port Salman Center for its integrated services, praising the efforts of the workers in developing and improving the services provided to customers, which contributed to obtaining the gold rating within the third cycle of the evaluation process of government service centers.

He praised the smoothness of services and the speed of procedures in clearing transactions, in addition to the keenness to provide high-quality services to all auditors, in line with the directives of His Highness the Crown Prince and the Prime Minister.
