• Plan, implement and manage the overall strategy for talent acquisition
• Provide advice and support on policies and procedures
• Perform duties such as job descriptions, job posting, promotion and employment analytics
• Create, implement and manage onboarding plans
• Define key performance indicators for human resource management
• Planning and implementing training programs
• Assist in performance management and employee evaluation
• Maintain employee records and papers
• Compliance with laws and regulations
• Develop plans for future employee recruitment procedures and objectives
• 5+ years of experience as an HR Officer or similar HR role
• Excellent knowledge of different HR functions such as wages and benefits, recruitment, onboarding, evaluation, training and development, etc.
• Good understanding of labor laws
• Proficient in MS Office
• 5+ years of experience with HR software such as ATS, HRIS, recruitment and marketing platform
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field
