Housing Minister receives First Deputy Speaker

Manama, Jan. 29 (BNA): Minister of Housing and Urban Planning, Amna bint Ahmed Al-Rumaihi, received First Deputy Speaker of Parliament, Representative Abdul Nabi Salman.

The meeting reviewed plans and programs to provide appropriate housing services to citizens and strengthen cooperation between the ministry and the House of Representatives to ensure the sustainability of housing services for citizens.

The minister praised the Council’s efforts in following up issues that contribute to supporting the comprehensive development plan led by His Majesty the King.

The deputy appreciated the ministry’s efforts in providing housing services, and affirmed its keenness to cooperate in implementing its various plans and programmes.
