Manama, Feb. 6 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa offered condolences to Syrian President Bashar al-Assad, the Syrian people and the families of the earthquake victims that struck several Syrian governorates.
During a phone call, His Majesty the King called on God Almighty to have mercy on the souls of the victims in the vast paradise, wishing the injured a speedy recovery.
His Majesty the King affirmed Bahrain’s firm solidarity with Syria and its brotherly people in these dire circumstances, pledging all support to help mitigate the effects of the earthquake and overcome the repercussions of this natural disaster.
The Syrian President expressed his thanks and gratitude to His Majesty the King for his generous and fraternal feelings, asking God Almighty to protect the Kingdom of Bahrain and its people from all harm.
