Manama, Feb. 13 (BNA): His Majesty the King’s Special Representative and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Isa Award for Service to Humanity, His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Mubarak Al Khalifa, received the Nepalese Ambassador to the Kingdom of Bahrain, Tirtha Raj Wagle.
During the meeting, the Bahraini-Nepalese relations were reviewed.
The Ambassador delivered a message from Nepalese Foreign Minister Dr. Bimala Rai Pudial on bilateral cooperation and expressed her gratitude for awarding the Isa Award for Humanitarian Services to Nepalese ophthalmologist Dr. Sanduk Root.
The Special Representative praised the ambassador’s efforts in developing bilateral cooperation in various fields.
The ambassador affirmed his keenness to develop his country’s relations with the Kingdom at all levels.
