HM King returns to Bahrain following visits to UK, UAE

Manama, September 22 (BNA) His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa returned to the Kingdom of Bahrain today after his visit to the United Kingdom and the United Arab Emirates.

During the visit to the United Kingdom, His Majesty King Hamad offered condolences and sympathy to His Majesty King Charles III of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, President of the Commonwealth, and the Royal Family of the United Kingdom, as well as the British people and government following the death of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.

His Majesty the King also visited the UAE, where he met with His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State.

The two leaders reviewed the course of the strong Bahraini-Emirati brotherly relations, in addition to the latest regional and global developments.

Upon his arrival, His Majesty the King was received by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister.

His Majesty left the United Arab Emirates, earlier today, and was seen off by His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed, President of the State.
