Manama, May 5 (BNA) His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa today ratified and promulgated Law No. (17) of 2022 ratifying and promulgating the statutes of the Organization for the Development of Women in the Member States of the Organization of the Islamic Conference. The Statutes of the Organization for the Development of Women in the Member States of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation were adopted during the 37th session of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, which was held in Dushanbe, Tajikistan, on May 18-20, 2010.
The Prime Minister and the ministers – each within his jurisdiction – shall implement the provisions of this law, and it shall come into force upon its publication in the Official Gazette.
