Manama, Jan. 19 (BNA) His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa today ratified Law No. 1 of 2022 approving the Kingdom’s accession to the Nagoya Protocol on Access to Genetic Resources and the Fair and Equitable Sharing of Emerging Benefits. of use in the CBD, approved in October 2010.
The Prime Minister and the ministers – each within his jurisdiction – shall implement the provisions of this law, and it shall come into force one day after the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
