HM King performs Eid Al Fitr prayers

Manama, April 21 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa performed Eid Al-Fitr prayers at the Sakhir Palace Mosque.

The prayer was also performed by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, the sons of His Majesty the King and senior members of the royal family, the Speaker of the Shura Council, the Speakers of Parliament and others.


His Majesty the King and the worshipers listened to the Eid Al-Fitr sermon delivered by Sheikh Dr. Rashid bin Muhammad Al-Hajri, Chairman of the Sunni Endowments Council, in which he highlighted the lofty values ​​of brotherhood, mercy and solidarity embodied in Eid Al-Fitr.

Praying to God Almighty that His Majesty King Hamad rejoice with health, happiness and long life so that he may continue to achieve more achievements for the nation.


He also wished the Kingdom of Bahrain and its people continued security, safety, progress and prosperity under the wise leadership of His Majesty the King, asking God Almighty to accept everyone’s fasting, night and good deeds.


After the prayer and the sermon, His Majesty the King exchanged congratulations and good wishes with the worshipers, and congratulated the people of Bahrain, wishing the Kingdom and its people and the Arab and Islamic nations an abundant period of goodness and more progress and prosperity.


The worshipers extended their sincere congratulations on this occasion, wishing His Majesty good health, happiness and a long life, as well as continued success in promoting the march and prosperity of the Kingdom of Bahrain and achieving more outstanding national achievements.
