Manama, April 21 (BNA): Citizens and residents performed Eid al-Fitr prayers in designated mosques and open spaces throughout the Kingdom of Bahrain.
Al-Khatib delivered sermons in which he referred to the sublime spiritual values of the month of Ramadan, and urged adherence to the teachings of Islam, which call for friendship and peace.
Al-Khatib also wished in their speeches to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, and to the Kingdom of Bahrain and its loyal people for more security, progress and prosperity, under the leadership of His Majesty the King.
