Manama, Dec. 15 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa issued a royal decree promoting 359 officers at the Ministry of Interior, coinciding with the celebration of Bahrain Police Day.
The Minister of Interior, Major General Sheikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, also issued an order to promote 5,692 deserving officers and men in accordance with the laws and regulations in force, and in appreciation of their role and commitment to duty.
The minister congratulated the officers, non-commissioned officers and individuals on their promotion, calling on them to continue their dedication and perform their duty in maintaining security.
