Manama, Nov. 16 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa today issued Decree-Law No. (44) of 2022 amending some provisions of the agreement establishing Gulf International Bank B.S.C. – Law (30) of 1975 based on the proposal of the Prime Minister and after the approval of the Council of Ministers.
The Prime Minister and the Ministers – each within his jurisdiction – shall implement the provisions of this Decree-Law, and it shall come into effect immediately upon its publication in the Official Gazette.
