Manama, November 8 (BNA) His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa today issued Decree Law No. (43) of 2022 adding a new article (2 bis) to the law on the division of lands allocated for construction and reconstruction. Pursuant to Decree-Law (3) of 1994, upon the proposal of the Prime Minister, and after the approval of the Council of Ministers.
The Prime Minister and the Ministers – each within his jurisdiction – shall implement the provisions of this Decree-Law, and it shall come into force one day after the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
