Manama, September 11 (BNA) His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa today issued Royal Decree No. 55 of 2022 restructuring the Ministry of Cabinet Affairs as follows:
The Minister of Cabinet Affairs is responsible for the following:
First: The Directorate of Coordination and Follow-up.
Second: Directorate of Human and Financial Resources.
Third: Undersecretary of the Ministry of Cabinet Affairs.
Fourth: The General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers is headed by a Secretary-General with the rank of Undersecretary and undertakes:
1- Assistant Secretary-General for Information and Session Management (at the rank of Assistant Undersecretary), and supervises:
A- Directorate of Sessions Secretariat.
B – Directorate of Information Systems and Documents.
2- Assistant Secretary General for Committees and Follow-up (at the rank of Assistant Undersecretary) who supervises:
A – Directorate of Committees Affairs.
B – Directorate of preparation and follow-up.
Decree (29) of 2020 restructuring the Ministry of Cabinet Affairs and Decree No. (13) of 2021 restructuring the Ministry of Cabinet Affairs and any text that contradicts the provisions of this decree shall be rescinded.
The Minister of Cabinet Affairs shall implement the provisions of this decree, it shall come into force immediately, and it shall be published in the Official Gazette.
