Manama, September 11 (BNA) Interior Minister Lieutenant-General Sheikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa received today a delegation of the American Jewish Committee headed by Political Affairs Officer Jason Isaacson.
The Minister welcomed the delegation of the visit, which comes within the framework of the exchange of views, stressing the march of the democratic Kingdom under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.
He highlighted the strong relations and strategic partnership between Bahrain and the United States to enhance regional security and international peace.
The head and members of the delegation praised the security stability in Bahrain.
The meeting discussed relations and cooperation between the two friendly countries and issues of common interest.
