Manama, October 23 (BNA) His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa sent a congratulatory message to Chinese President Xi Jinping, on the occasion of the success of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and his election as Secretary-General. His Majesty the King wished His Excellency continued success in meeting the aspirations of the Chinese people towards progress and prosperity.
