Manama, October 3 (BNA) His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa received a congratulatory cable from the Minister of Transport and Communications, Mohammed bin Thamer Al Kaabi, on the Kingdom’s winning of the membership of the International Council. Etihad Telecom for the next four years, starting today.
The minister attributed the honorable international achievement to His Majesty the King for his unlimited support, which made Bahrain top the list of leading countries in the field of communications and information technology.
Minister Al-Kaabi stressed that the support and follow-up of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, greatly contributed to the Kingdom’s success in becoming an advanced country in the field of information and communication technology.
The minister pledged to continue implementing the wise vision of His Majesty the King.
He wished His Majesty the King good health and happiness, and the Kingdom further progress and prosperity under the leadership of His Majesty.
