Manama, Feb. 14 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa received a cable of congratulations from the advisor of His Highness Sheikh Khalid bin Mohammed bin Salman Al Khalifa on the occasion of the 22nd anniversary of the National Action Charter. NAC).
