Manama, Jan. 1 (BNA): His Highness Sheikh Faisal bin Rashid Al Khalifa, Vice President of the Supreme Council for the Environment and Vice Chairman of the Supreme Committee of the Rashid Equestrian and Horse Racing Club, sent his warmest congratulations to His Majesty King Hamad. Bin Isa Al Khalifa for receiving the “Abu Bakr Al Siddiq Necklace of the First Class” from the Arab Red Crescent and Red Cross Organization (ARCO) in appreciation of his efforts in supporting humanitarian work at all levels.
His Highness Sheikh Faisal bin Rashid stressed that the high honor embodies the distinguished position enjoyed by His Majesty the King as an inspiring leader of humanitarian work who always seeks to promote noble humanitarian and peaceful principles around the world.
His Highness added that the prestigious award also reflects the leading global position that the Kingdom has reached in the field of humanitarian work thanks to the royal directives, noting that the outstanding achievements and activities of the Royal Humanitarian Foundation and the Bahrain Red Crescent Society embody His Majesty.
