Manama, Jan. 31 (BNA): The Secretary-General of the Higher Education Council and Vice-President of the Board of Trustees of Higher Education, Dr. Sheikha Rana bint Isa bin Daij Al Khalifa, received the Applied Science University. President Dr. Ghassan Fouad Awad and the Chairman of its Board of Trustees d. Wahib Al Khaja.
The meeting discussed the academic programs of the university and what it offers to students in various fields that enrich their options and enable them to develop their future life skills to enter the labor market.
The Secretary-General affirmed the Council’s keenness to provide all support and assistance to higher education institutions to improve their performance at all levels.
Awwad and Al-Khaja expressed their gratitude for the support that the university enjoys, as it reflects the great interest in the education sector in the Kingdom.
