Manama, March 5 (BNA): A high-ranking Bahraini delegation will participate in the annual CERAWeek Energy Conference, organized by S&P Global, in Houston, Texas.
The Kingdom’s delegation includes representatives of the Ministry of Oil and Environment, the Oil and Gas Holding Company (nogaholding) and its subsidiaries, namely the Bahrain Petroleum Company (Bapco) and Tatweer Petroleum.
The Kingdom’s participation in the global conference under the title “Navigating a Turbulent World: Energy, Climate and Security,” is in line with its policies and commitments towards building a sustainable future that meets its current and future energy needs, by establishing the concept of innovation and adopting technological development.
CERAWeek is the world’s premier annual meeting of leaders from across the global energy and utility industry, providing a platform for participants to address some of the most pressing challenges facing the energy future.
CERAWeek will discuss how countries can accelerate capabilities across alternative and renewable energy sources, offer innovative solutions to protect the environment, and increase efficiency as the world moves into a more sustainable energy era.
