Manama, Nov. 18 (BNA): His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Prime Minister and Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, deputizes His Highness Major General Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, National Security Adviser. And the Commander of the Royal Guard to open the eighteenth Manama Dialogue 2022.
The three-day international security conference began on Friday evening with the participation of high-level delegations of ministers, security officials, military leaders and academics from various countries around the world.
His Highness Sheikh Nasser conveyed the greetings of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, to the participating delegations from various countries.
His Highness Sheikh Nasser bin Zayed Al Nahyan welcomed the participants in this conference and indicated that their participation will enrich the sessions of the Manama Dialogue and enhance the discussion of strategic issues that pose challenges and require international coordination to address them.
His Excellency expressed his hope that the conference will contribute to finding quick solutions that contribute to settling conflicts and wars and combating terrorism and extremism in all its forms and manifestations.
