Manama, Dec. 13 (BNA): Under the auspices of the First Deputy President of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports, President of the Public Authority for Sports and President of the Bahrain Olympic Committee, His Highness Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Kingdom hosts. 2022 Bahrain ASTC Triathlon Asian Cup, in conjunction with Bahrain’s celebrations of its national holidays.
The classification of the Kingdom as the host of this year’s event confirms the confidence of the Asian Triathlon Federation in its outstanding organizational capabilities, especially its successful hosting of the Asian Triathlon Cup and Championship last year despite the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Registration has been opened for those wishing to participate in the 750-meter swimming competition, the 20-kilometer bicycle race, and the five-kilometer running competition.
