Manama, Mar. 13 (BNA): The National Security Adviser, Commander of the Royal Guard, Major General Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, received a phone call from the Commander of the Joint Peninsula Shield Forces, Major General Abdulaziz bin Ahmed Al Khalifa. Balawi.
Major General Al-Balawi expressed his sincere congratulations to His Highness Sheikh Nasser for winning the World Endurance Championship, which was recently hosted by the UAE.
He stressed that the victory is added to the achievements made by the Kingdom thanks to the unwavering support of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, for sports in general and endurance in particular.
He said that the title also reflects His Highness Sheikh Nasser’s strong will and determination to achieve outstanding achievements in local, regional and global sporting events, and to position himself as a role model for ambitious Bahraini youth.
