Manama, August 10 (BNA) The Secretary-General of the Higher Education Council and Vice-Chairman of its Board of Trustees Sheikha Dr. Rana bint Isa bin Daij Al Khalifa received Dr. David Fernandez Boyana, Ambassador and Permanent Observer. From the United Nations University for Peace (UPEACE) at the United Nations and UNESCO.
The meeting discussed ways to enhance cooperation, as the ambassador presented opportunities for coordination in areas of interest to the university to serve higher education institutions in Bahrain.
He expressed his pride and appreciation for Dr. Sheikha Rana’s efforts in supporting higher education institutions to enable them to perform their educational and scientific tasks and advance the higher education process in the Kingdom.
