HEC Secretary-General receives RCSI Bahrain President

Manama, April 10 (BNA) The Secretary-General of the Higher Education Council and Deputy Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Committee, Dr. Rana bint Issa bin Daij Al Khalifa, received today the President of the Royal College of Surgeons. In Ireland / Medical University of Bahrain (RCSI Bahrain), Professor Samir Al-Atoum.

The two sides discussed topics related to the advancement of academic programs, and the multiple options offered by the Royal College of Surgeons in Bahrain to students to enable them to acquire life skills and enter the labor market.

Dr. Sheikha Rana affirmed HEC’s unwavering support for all higher education institutions in order to enable them to improve their performance at all levels and enhance their educational reputation.

Professor Al-Atoum expressed his appreciation for the support enjoyed by the Royal College of Surgeons in Bahrain at all levels, which reflects the Kingdom’s great interest in education.
