Bahrain School celebrates National Days with traditional Bahraini fanfare

Manama, December 17 (BNA) The Bahrain School celebrated, amid traditional Bahraini noise, the national holidays that combine traditional music and social activities.

Under strict precautionary measures that included avoiding the formation of large crowds, the administration kept the two elements of the school separate.

Preparatory and secondary school students received a performance by a Bahraini folkloric band, which is a sword dance or reed in which drums are played and poetry is chanted, which signifies the beginning and end of celebrations or special occasions.

The Ministry of Interior Police squad dazzled the elementary students with a magical performance. Students received a presentation.

“Bahrain Flourish,” by NSA Bahrain Cultural Attaché, managed to get intricate henna designs, paint pottery items and co-weave baskets.
