Manama, Jan. 8 (BNA): The Secretary-General of the Higher Education Council and Vice-Chairman of its Board of Trustees, Dr. Shaikha Rana bint Isa bin Duaij Al Khalifa, received the Regional President of the Association for the Development of Colleges of Business (AACSB). Middle East and Africa based in Amsterdam Ehsan Zakry.
The meeting discussed ways to enhance cooperation between institutions of higher education and AACSB.
He highlighted the accreditation requirements that must be met for higher education institutions to obtain accreditation from the association.
The Secretary-General stressed the importance of higher education institutions obtaining accreditation from various international institutions concerned with undergraduate and postgraduate studies to develop academic literacy and the level of higher education institutions.
