HEC Secretary-General patronises Ahlia University’s Induction Week

Manama, September 19 (BNA) Sheikha Rana bint Isa bin Daij Al Khalifa, Secretary-General of the Higher Education Council and Deputy Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Supreme Election Committee, called for intensifying efforts to advance academic research. As well as achieving sobriety and scientific quality in higher education institutions to improve the quality of education in the Kingdom.

She made these statements during her sponsorship and attendance of the Student Welcome Week hosted by Ahlia University for new students to introduce them to its academic and academic plans, which is the first event since the resumption of personal study in Bahraini universities.

Dr. Sheikha Rana congratulated the students, faculty and administrators in the new academic year.

She praised the university’s initiative to hold an introductory week to welcome and support its students. She also advised students to choose the right specialization that qualifies them to gain knowledge, reach the highest positions and ensure a good career future.

The President of Al-Ahlia University, Professor Mansour Al-Aali, expressed his thanks to Dr. Sheikha Rana for her sponsorship and participation in the induction week, praising the support of the Higher Committee for Higher Education in Bahrain in general and Al-Ahlia University in particular.
