Manama, November 11 (BNA) The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health, Dr. Waleed bin Khalifa Al-Manea, received Stefano Baronchi, Director General of Airports Council International (ACI) and CEO of Bahrain Airport Company, Mohammed Yousef Al-Binfalah.
The Undersecretary praised the efforts of the Bahrain Airport Company, especially during the coronavirus pandemic.
The Director General of ACI briefed them on the aviation industry’s recovery during the coronavirus pandemic and the efforts made by aviation stakeholders around the world.
The CEO of Bahrain International Airport Company affirmed the commitment of Bahrain International Airport to implement safety measures in accordance with the highest international standards to combat the Corona virus and maintain the safety of passengers and employees. Follow the directives of Civil Aviation Affairs at the Ministry of Transport and Communications and in support of the preventive measures recommended by the Ministry of Health.
Dr. Al-Manea thanked the Bahrain Medical Center for its role in contributing to the rapid recovery and supporting the efforts of the national task force to combat the coronavirus (Covid-19).
