Health Minister receives Ta’ayush Chairman

Manama, September 14 (BNA) Health Minister Dr. Jalila bint Sayed Jawad Hassan stressed the Kingdom of Bahrain’s endeavor to promote tolerance, coexistence and peace in light of the development process led by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa. With the support of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister.

Dr. Hassan made this statement while receiving the President of the Bahraini Society for Religious Coexistence and Tolerance (Ta’ayush) Youssef Bouzboun, who presented a copy of a book entitled (Bahrain, the Land of Peace), along with the honorary membership.

The minister praised the efforts of the society and its noble role in promoting coexistence, tolerance and mutual respect among people, which reflects Bahrain’s position in the world.

Bouzboun gave an overview of the Bahrain Society for Coexistence and Religious Tolerance (Ta’ayush), and highlighted its inception, as well as its events and activities.
