My client is looking for a Head of HR to be based in the Headquarters in Abu Dhabi. The new Head of Human Resources will initiate and lead initiatives to support the people and culture agenda in line with the company’s principles.

Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent
• The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) is preferred.
• Minimum 15 years experience in HR with at least 5 years in a leadership role

• Training and mentoring across different levels
• Keeping abreast of local/international HR trends
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Project Management
• Knowledge of local labor law
