Job title

• Responsible for planning and implementing the company’s strategic business support plans in relation to HR & Admin.
• Liaise with the Section Head to identify opportunities for improvement and share best practices.
• Monitor department performance against pre-set performance targets to ensure progress is made in the desired direction and preventive/corrective action is taken accordingly.
• Monitoring and managing the estimated budget and monitoring the department’s expenses and financial performance in coordination with the group.
• Develop annual objectives for immediate subordinates and review the objectives of the Human Resources Department.
• Oversee employee development activities, recommend appropriate training courses and monitor their results on division and employee performance.
• Responsible for establishing, implementing, maintaining and interpreting the provision of human resources under the direction of applicable policies and procedures, as well as for organizing, directing and controlling human resources management to ensure an efficient and effective human resources system for all employee companies.
• Directs the development, publication, implementation and review of the department’s operational policies and procedures.
• Establishes and maintains a systematic process for all HR document
• Develops and interprets the company’s human resource policies and systems and makes a recommendation for changes.
• Directs the implementation of all HR procedures on employees within the company system.
• Oversee other department operations as needed.
• Keeps informed & ensures compliance with Saudi Arabia’s labor law and any relevant regulations.

Work requirements

• Saudi nationals are preferred
• At least 15 years of experience in Human Resources
• Must have experience in handling all HR functions in a similar role
• Arabic is a must / English must be excellent
Education degree
• CIPD qualifications an added advantage
