Based in Salalah, you will be part of a small family of medical professionals, which means you can always share your successes and seek support when necessary. Whether you are a recent graduate, or coming from another pharmaceutical or FMCG company, you will work alongside some of the best in the industry, on a team of truly diverse professionals. Whether you do business with hospitals, independent clinics or pharmacies, you can be sure to build strong partnerships, truly be an industry leader, and provide support and solutions to those helping patients live healthier lives.

a day in the life of

You prepare for today’s meetings and network with colleagues and your manager to share the successes or challenges faced by your clients. There’s no formal daily meeting – it’s more of an opportunity to make sure the team shares ways to achieve success and get relevant updates
Your manager will share potential strategies that will help grow the business, and you will get input and give your opinion. In a small team, your voice is really heard, and you get a chance to influence the way the team works
– Once you get the updates, now it’s time to shine.
You do what you do best, by going to see your customers. Visits can range from 11-18 per day, depending on the type of clients you will meet that day and the latest Covid-19 restrictions.
– Between visits, you may start to consider planning an event that you help lead, to increase visibility of Nestlé’s presence in the nutrition market.
– Whether it is a Ministry of Health-led event, or a Nestlé-led event, you will have the opportunity to lead projects and events outside of your daily activities.
Look at the performance of competitors in pharmacies or other healthcare centers, and ensure that this information is shared with your colleagues
– Before the day ends, you’ll send reminders to a group of clients you’re hosting for a roundtable discussion next week
