Concierge Head

What will you do:
Utilize interpersonal and communication skills to lead, influence and encourage others; Advocating for sound financial/business decisions; Demonstrate honesty/integrity. Lead by example.
Encouraging and building mutual trust, respect and cooperation among team members.
– Supervising and managing employees. Manage all daily operations.
Understands employees’ situations well enough to perform their duties in the absence of employees.
Establishes and maintains open collaborative relationships with employees and ensures employees do the same within the team.
Ensure that the concierge team effectively deals with guest requests and adheres to all hotel policies, procedures and standards while striving for complete guest satisfaction.
Oversees staffing levels to ensure guest service, operational needs and financial goals are met.
Ensure that regular ongoing communication occurs with employees to create awareness of business objectives and communicate expectations, learn about performance, and achieve desired results.
– Manage doorbell/door/server operations
Your experience and skills include:
Must be a member of Les Clef’s d’Or UAE
Service-focused character is essential; Customer related experience an asset
– Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
– Excellent communication skills and professional presentation
Ability to work cohesively with colleagues as part of a team
– At least 2 years experience in a similar role
