Responsibilities:
– Increase the market share of Oracle’s HCM in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Able to develop, lead and implement account strategies and plans to close opportunities
Understand industry/operations/strategy/customer value drivers, establish relationships with C-Suite clients, and earn commitment to closing deals
Mobilize and lead all Oracle and partner resources needed to ensure a successful sales cycle
Establishing and maintaining the overall relationship between Oracle and the client and ensuring overall client satisfaction and success
Serve as a subject matter expert for non-Oracle HCM . business communities/institutions/organizations
– Become an active member and contribute to the global HCM industry community from Oracle
Work as a freelancer/entrepreneur, within a large, multicultural and complex matrix-based environment
Reports directly to the Application Sales Manager in the Saudi Region
qualifications:
– College degree
– Proficiency in English
Excellent presentation and communication skills are essential along with the ability to take a leadership role in sales, manage local and/or virtual teams, and implement successful sales strategies.
Dynamic personality with successful sales track record and 7+ years of selling experience selling value solution
Strong understanding of HCM management concepts and related solutions
