What will you do:

Reporting to the director of the rooms department, the responsibilities and primary job functions include but are not limited to the following:

– Providing consistently professional, friendly and engaging service
Welcoming, checking in and reconciling guest accounts making sure all service standards are followed
Maintain accurate records of daily transactions and cash processing, which includes currency exchange and float balancing
– Handle guest requests, questions and concerns effectively and quickly
– Promote a professional team environment
Follow management policies, procedures and service standards
– Performs any and all other tasks assigned by management
Adheres to the highest standards of internal and external customer service at all times

Your experience and skills include:

– Fluent in English (oral and written), second language an advantage
Previous experience and knowledge of a property manager is an asset
Knowledge required for Windows Office Suite
Must be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
The ability to focus attention on the guest’s needs, and remain calm and polite at all times.
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
Able to stand for long periods, at least 8 hours per shift
